Half board

Prices for half board (overnight stay, breakfast and dinner) per person per day in double room with private bathroom, shower box, hairdryer, balcony, telephone, safe, TV-SAT, air conditioning, mini-fridge.


These prices include: room, half board, overnight stay, service, VAT 10%. The indicated prices are calculated for a period of more than 5 days, for less than 5 days the price of the overnight stay plus that of the single meals is calculated.

Half Board All Inclusive

It includes in addition to half board services (overnight stay, breakfast and dinner per person per day), beach service (one umbrella and two sunbeds in the bathrooms affiliated with the hotel, per double room booked) and mineral water and local wine with meals.

Full Board

Prices for full board per person per day in double room with private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, balcony, telephone, safe, satellite TV, air conditioning, mini-fridge.


These prices include: room, full board, accommodation, service and VAT 10%. Prices are calculated for a period longer than 3 days. For less than 3 days. you calculate the price per meal than those of the individual.

All Inclusive

Includes in addition to the full board, beach service (beach umbrella and two sun baths in agreement with the hotel, double room booked) and mineral water and local wine at meals.

Obligations of the Hotel

  1. Upon arrival an identification document will be requested, in order to communicate the presence to the competent police bodies.
  2. Bed linen is changed every 4 days, bathroom linen daily.

Services Offered

  1. Bed and Breakfast (overnight stay and breakfast).
  2. Half board (overnight stay, breakfast, dinner or lunch as an alternative).
  3. Full board (overnight stay, breakfast, lunch and dinner).
  4. The all-inclusive (overnight stay, breakfast, lunch, dinner, beach and drinks).

Meal times:
• Breakfast 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
• Lunch 12.45 p.m. entry allowed with a maximum delay of 30 minutes
• Dinner 7.30 p.m. entry allowed with a maximum delay of 30 minutes

Terms of business and Information

How to make a reservation

To make a reservation, you must provide your personal details. The operator will send the guest a booking confirmation letter, which will be validated only after the hotel has received a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the stay, to be paid by the date indicated on the confirmation letter.

Obligations for the guest

  1. The guest no later than the period of 10 days from the date of reservation, must send by bank transfer a CONFIRMATORY DEPOSIT equal to 20% of the total cost of the stay, which will not be returned in case of cancellation of the vacation.

Rooms will be available after 12:30 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9:30 a.m. on the day of departure, if the room is not vacated by this time a charge equal to the full day will be made. However, arrival is understood to be with lunch beginning at 12:45 p.m. and departure after breakfast. Meals not eaten during the stay will not be deducted from the final bill.

  1. Any damage done must be reimbursed.
  2. With afternoon arrival, it will therefore not be possible to make up for lunch on the day of departure except with a packed lunch.
    • Meals not taken at the hotel will not be refunded. Instead, a packed lunch will be prepared upon request.
    • Beach service, when included, cannot be recovered on departure in case of afternoon arrival.
  3. Please note that parking is available while spaces last; however, it is possible to park near the hotel free of charge.

Payment arrangements

Hotel Verona offers its guests the option of making the balance of their stay between one of the following payment methods:
• in cash
• by check
• by credit card (excluding American Express and Diners Club)
• by debit card
• by bank transfer prior to arrival at the hotel.
Payment by check will be accepted only if made upon arrival at the hotel while the balance of the stay by cash, credit card and ATM is due at the hotel by the evening before departure. The balance of the stay should be made by the day before departure.

Early departure

In the event that, for any reason, the guest leaves earlier than the departure date indicated on the confirmation letter, the guest is only required to pay for the days spent at the hotel and a penalty equal to the room rate up to a maximum of three days (as per hotel regulations)

Pets

Pets are allowed only small pets, and accepted only if kept in the room or in the garden. They are not allowed in public places, especially in the dining room. Regarding beach admission, please note that not all lidos have permission to accept pets. Therefore at the time of booking, it is advisable to ask for appropriate information for your pet.

Hotel Verona's price list may be subject to change during events, bridges, weekends and various holidays. If so, it will be viewable on our website. In addition, prices may be subject to change in the event that the tourist tax or VAT increase comes into effect.
